Rank My Builder doesn't charge a monthly subscription. Instead you pay per bid using bid tokens, and you get free tokens every month. Here's exactly how the economics work so there are no surprises.
One token per bid
When you quote on a job, it costs one bid token. You only spend a token when you choose to bid, so you're never paying for jobs you don't want.
Every job is capped at 5 quotes, so you're competing with at most four other trades — not racing a dozen others to the bottom. That makes each bid worth more.
Free tokens every month
Every tradesperson gets 5 free bid tokens each calendar month. For many trades that's enough to win regular work without spending anything.
If you want to bid on more than your free tokens allow, you can top up. There's no monthly fee — you're only ever paying for the bids you actually want to make.
Why pay-per-bid is fairer
A subscription charges you whether or not there's work for you. Pay-per-bid means your cost tracks the value you get: quiet month, you spend little; busy month, you invest in the jobs you want.
Because bids cost a token and jobs are capped, trades tend to bid thoughtfully on jobs they genuinely want — which is better for homeowners and better for your win rate.

Your free allowance refreshes each month. Treat your 5 monthly tokens as that month's free bids and use them on the jobs you most want to win.
